He is also the founder and executive director of Nosotros Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization committed to improving the health, well-being, and opportunities of thousands of families. Through educational initiatives, health fairs, support programs, and strategic alliances, Jorge has built a movement that unites business development with social responsibility.
In 2016, he launched Premios Nosotros, the gala that has become the most influential stage for recognizing Latino entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations making a significant impact in the community. His vision has inspired thousands to believe without limits, build their legacy, and elevate Latino leadership in the United States.
Jorge is a mentor, consultant, organizational strategist, and creator of training programs such as Arizona Emprende, ACCELERATE 360, and Business Mastermind. Committed to developing the next generation of leaders, he created NEXGEN Mentorship Hub, a specialized youth program that cultivates talent, leadership, character, and vision.
